Tradefeeld Discord Bot — Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

Depending on the features you use and the permissions shown during Discord authorization, we may process:

• Your Discord user ID, username and basic profile information needed to identify your account;
• Your Tradefeeld account ID and the link between your Tradefeeld and Discord accounts;
• Subscription or membership status and the access tier needed to determine eligible roles; we do not need your full payment-card number for role assignment;
• The Tradefeeld server ID, role IDs, current role assignment, and timestamps or operational records of connection and role changes;
• OAuth authorization data or tokens where needed to connect accounts or perform an action you authorized; and
• Technical and security logs necessary to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the Bot.

Scope check before publication: Confirm the actual OAuth scopes and Bot permissions. Add any additional categories the implementation actually collects, such as email, server membership data, commands, or message content. Do not state that messages are collected unless they are.

2. Why we use it

We use this information to link accounts at your request, check eligibility, provide and maintain Discord access, assign or remove roles when membership status changes, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, comply with lawful obligations, and respond to support requests. Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, these activities rely as appropriate on providing the requested service or performing a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with law, or your consent for an optional feature. You may withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing, although this may prevent the related feature from working.

3. How information is shared

We exchange the data necessary for these functions with Discord through its authorized interfaces. We may use hosting, database, support, and security providers acting on our instructions, and may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety. 4. Retention
